Refund policy

What is the return policy?

Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you may write to us at enquiries@estheradorned.com for further assistance. Only products which are unused, unworn, undamaged and in the case of candles, unburnt with all its labels and tags completely intact, in its original packaging, may be accepted for returns. The eligibility for return will be confirmed by our QA DEPARTMENT post inspection.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers can cancel their order within 2 hour of purchase, post that time period we request you to either contact customer care at enquiries@estheradorned.com if your product is already dispatched you are requested to refuse the package on delivery and state the reason for refusal as order cancellation. In the case of prepaid orders, the amount will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.

How do I return my Order?

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. If the product is eligible for return, You may opt to return the product by simply clicking here or you may contact our customer care at enquiries@estheradorned.com and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where the return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you may use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. In which case your shipping expenses will be reimbursed on provision of the courier bill. 

Please take the following steps to return the product:

a)Ensure that your product is eligible for return.

b) Once Return request is processed, you’ll receive the Return confirmation e-mail.

c) Pack your order in its original packaging, including all tags, freebies related to the purchase of that product (if any) and receipts and mention your name, order number and mobile number.

d) Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & other tag, if any.

e) Our logistics partner will pick up this package from you.

 f) Post inspection, only after we get a go ahead from the QA (quality assurance) team the refund process will be initiated.

g) The refunded amount will take anywhere between 4 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Under what conditions is the product NOT eligible for Returns?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Product is used or altered
  2. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  3. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  4. Serial Number is tampered with.
  5. If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
  6. It is a free product provided by brand

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

Please return the package to the delivery person in case the product/package is tampered with or damaged before delivery. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective please call our customer care no 082435 67551  (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM | Mon – Friday, excluding national/ public holidays) or email us at us enquiries@estheradorned.com mentioning your Order ID. Please take a photograph or video of the damaged/defective product and email us for reference. A refund or brand-new replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost for all valid complaints.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

My order is unshipped, I would like to cancel my order.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. You can login to your account and cancel the order yourself. Just for feedback, please do let us know what caused you to cancel your order, this will help us improve in future

The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel my order.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that your order has already been shipped, so we request you to please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us. If this is a prepaid order, we will initiate the refund once you have refused the delivery. 

Please Note: in order to avoid confusion, you would have to notify us at enquiries@estheradorned.com and accounts@estheradorned.com that your order is being refused for the same reason. Just for feedback, please do let us know what caused you to cancel your order, this will help us improve in future.

Can the company cancel the order?

Yes, there are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and Esther Adorned reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In the case of prepaid orders, the amount will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders-, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund via the Cancellation or Return Request Form.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days in case of the cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of the quality check. Please note, this entire process takes approximately two weeks after the return has been picked up.
